Q. What guarantees do you provide?

A. 2 years on new aerial installations. 1 year on all other parts and labour. Satellite receivers are guaranteed for 1 year.

Q. Do you charge a call out fee?

A. No – quotations over the phone or written are free of charge. We charge £40 + materials + VAT for the first hour of fault finding. Communal systems are charged at £65 + materials + VAT.

Q. What is the Digital Switchover?

A. The UK television broadcasting system is about to undergo a major change. Since the new millennium, Digital TV has been available to most of the UK but now the whole UK is gearing up to make the full change from old “analogue” TV to the new Digital TV future.

Q. How do I prepare for the Digital Switchover?

A. You will need to purchase an Integrated Digital TV (IDTV) or a Digital Set-Top Box (STB). You may also need to upgrade your TV aerial to receive digital.

Q. Are you a member of the CAI plus scheme and what does that mean for me as a consumer?

A. As CAI plus installers we are regularly inspected and vetted by the CAI, guaranteeing quality service to the highest industry standards.
